Rabby Wallet will NEVER ask for your Seed Phrase or Private Key. If anyone asks for these, they are a scammer.

For the most direct assistance, use the chat widget located in the bottom-right corner of our Help Center. This connects you with a member of the Rabby team. We reply to all direct messages, so please be patient while we review your inquiry.
Why use the chat? It allows our team to track your issue securely and privately.
2) Email Support
If you are unable to use the chat widget, you can reach us at support@rabby.io. Please include as much detail as possible (network, transaction hash, etc.) to help us assist you.
Community & Discussion
Join our official Discord community for general news and community discussion. Please check the #read-faq-first channel first.
Technical Support: If you report a bug on Discord, our staff will ask you to submit your feedback through the Help Center Chat instead. This ensures your issue is handled privately and tracked properly by our technical team.
Help Us Help You
To ensure we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please use only one channel for your request. Repeatedly contacting us through different platforms (e.g., sending both a Direct Message and an Email) creates duplicate tickets and delays our response time. We review every message and will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.
Safety on Discord
Discord is a public platform, and scammers often lurk there. To stay safe:
Trust only Admins and Moderators. Check their roles before interacting.
Admins will NEVER DM you first or send you a friend request. If we need to discuss your issue in private, an Admin will reply to you in the public channel and ask you to initiate the DM.
Never click links sent by other users in the community.
Ignore invites to "new" or "private" Rabby Discord groups; these are always scams.
Stay Safe from Impostors
No Telegram: Rabby Wallet does not use Telegram for support. Any Telegram group or individual claiming to be Rabby on Telegram is a scam.
Verify Everything: If you are ever unsure about a message, a new social media channel, or "urgent" information regarding Rabby, don’t roll the dice. Verify it by reaching out to us directly through the official chat widget in the Help Center or our support email. It’s always better to ask us twice than to trust a scammer once.
