How to report an issue with Rabby Wallet

If you encounter a bug, a display error, or a technical issue, reporting it correctly is the fastest way to get it resolved.

To help us diagnose the problem quickly, please provide as much detail as possible in your first message:

  • Description: What were you trying to do, and what happened instead?

  • Wallet Address: Your public wallet address (never your seed phrase).

  • Network/Chain: Which network were you using (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum)?

  • Transaction Hash: If the issue involves a specific transaction, please provide the TXID.

  • Screenshots or Video: A clear visual of the error message or the issue in action is incredibly helpful.

  • Version Info: Are you using the Rabby Extension or the Mobile App? (Include the version number if possible).
